O Navegador dishes have a history, a soul. Our recipes have
identity and flavour. We have chosen family farmers, from several
states of Rio not only because their production is a high quality and artisanal one but also because this way we can help our country’s
economy, help the environment and decrease rural exodus.
Our ingredients are carefully chosen; from the vegetables of the
Rio state mountains to the manioc flours of Pará state of the Amazon
and Santa Catarina, the south zone of the country, passing through the traditional raw milk cheeses from Salitre and Canastra, mountains of Minas Gerais state. We know the farmers, we visit their lands. This is our way of bringing you a moment of pleasure, health and happiness. Have a wonderful lunch!
